Coaching Philosophy: Start NOW!

What is your goal? Do you want to lose five pounds or 50 pounds? Need to better fuel your body for the next big race or sporting event? Maybe you want to better feed your family in your everyday, active (sometimes chaotic) life. Why wait another day? Get started NOW! Make fueling yourself and your family a top priority. Robin’s goal as a nutrition coach is to provide guidance and support for nutritional goals, big or small.

1. Be POSITIVE. (Do NOT put yourself down. You CAN do this!)
2. Eat to live. (Eat to fuel your life.)
3. Have a (nutrition) “game plan.” Good nutrition doesn’t just happen. *PLANNING, PREPARATION, PRACTICE, REPEAT*
4. Find support, and be supportive. Tell your family and friends about your nutritional goals, and ask for their help keeping you on track. They may even decide to join you in your nutritional journey!
