The goal of GoGoNutrition is to help each person reach their personal goals no matter what they are. Whether you are trying to run your first race, lose weight or set a personal record, we are here to help you sizzle. With videos that show you how to do everything fitness related, we have provided you with a one-stop shop for your health needs. If there is a topic you would like see on our site let us know. Robin Luke

Robin-Luke-300x200Robin has long had a passion for nutrition and fitness. After playing collegiate soccer, she shifted her energy to running (5K to marathon distance), strength training, as well as group and personal training. Robin became the Vitality Fitness Facility and Wellness Manager for the Harbin Clinic in Rome, Ga., in 2003, helping clients progress towards their fitness and nutritional goals. She trained at the Cooper Institute (Dallas, Texas) and earned her Master Fitness Specialist Certification. While juggling her full time jobs as a teacher, mother of two, and wife, Robin decided to train for a figure competition. In June 2013, she competed in her first figure competition, the Roman Classic (Rome, Ga.), placing first in the Figure Tall Open division.

Stephanie Wolfe

Stephanie-Wolfe-Nutrition-300x200Stephanie has always been passionate about her health and wellbeing. Growing up, she was always very active and athletic. However, she struggled with her weight. She seemed to always have the “yo-yo” effect of losing 10 pounds and then gaining 12 back. Stephanie always took the “diet” approach. She knew that something needed to be done and something had to change. Coming from a family history of heart disease and diabetes, she knew that this was not the path that she wanted to take or the example that she wanted to set for her future family. In 2008, it was a picture taken of Stephanie and one of her relatives that made something click. She looked at the picture and did not see happiness.
