    Ali,Great post. My story, I am NOT yet a runner but I am on my way. On a retrun flight from NY in November last year I was sitting next to a guy who had just finished the NYC Marathon. He was all smiles and happiness and when I asked him what the big deal was he said you try and run 26.2 miles I made it my mission to complete for my 40th birthday which was 1 year away.Well its been 6 months and I stand NO chance of running a 26.2 miles, but I am running, I get on the treadmill or go to the local park and I run, sometimes I run 3 miles, most of the time 5 miles, and sometimes 7-8. Before this I never ran a day in my life.Now it is becoming a part of life. If I don’t run I don’t feel right.So to you and all the other people who are inspired by you, just keep up the great work. It does not matter how far or fast we run, as long as we get out and run.SamFort Lauderdale, FL
